The apartments are located a five-minute walk from Fig Tree Bay beach, at the beginning of Protaras' main gastro street with many restaurants, bars and cafes. The nearest Lidl is a 15-minute walk away, and local Best Buy stores are even closer.
Upon check-in, we were greeted by a very friendly host who showed us around the property, explained the rules and all the perks, and was always available if we had any questions. When we checked out, we simply left the keys in the box since we were leaving early in the morning. The apartments are located in a gated residential complex with its own barrier. If you rent a car, you can park it on the premises after discussing it with the owner in advance. Our apartment was very spacious on the ground floor with a separate bedroom. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, a stove, a mini oven, a refrigerator, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and all the necessary utensils for cooking. Large living room with comfortable furniture, including two sofa beds. The huge terrace overlooks the main street, so it can be a bit noisy during the day, but closed windows provide good sound insulation. The bedroom window faces the courtyard, so it's quiet there. The bed is comfortable, there is enough wardrobe space. The bathroom is also clean and comfortable with a shower.
There are air conditioners in each room, but we didn’t use them since we were on holiday in October. There is a laundry on the complex where you can wash your clothes for 2 euros. There are also plenty of beach umbrellas and other beach items left by previous guests. These can be rented free of charge. You can rinse your feet after the beach at the entrance to the complex.
Our bed linens and towels were changed every 3-4 days, but there was no cleaning. Cleaning is not included in the service, so you'll have the opportunity to train with the broom and mop provided in the apartment.😉

It's very close (3min walking) to the best beach in the area in our opinion. The apartment is huge, spacious, with all that you need. Next time we come to Cyprus we'd come back here.

Great location for Fig Tree Beach, shopping area, restaurants and a big supermarket. It has a foot fountain to wash your feet and beach toys before going back to the apartment which was a great help.
Washing machine was a shared facility in the complex which i had to keep watch but understand it is more sustainable.

Beautiful and spacious place with very kind hosts. Extremely comfortable self-check-in (huge thanks for detailed instructions) and there is always a place for your car. We had a bedroom separated from the kitchen which is super great.
Maybe I didn't push some needed buttons or it's really like this (didn't have time to figure it out) but water pressure in the shower was really low.
Mattress on the bed is sensitive to any movement.
And we could hear our neighbours early in the morning but maybe it's because we didn't close fully bedroom door.
