Im modernen und hübsch-designten Appartement waren wir unsere eigenen Chefs. Mit den gemieteten, und direkt vor das Haus gelieferten Fahrrädern konnten wir uns gut und schnell bewegen ... und auch in die Umgebung auskundschaften ... zur Altstadt, zur Geschäfts-Fussgängerpassage, zum Hafenviertel. öV-Haltestelle ist relativ nahe.
Die Lage ist relativ weit oberhalb des Hafens und zu Fuss nur etwas umständlich zu erreichen - vor allem vom Bahnhof aus ist die Drehscheibe "ZOB" eine wichtige Kenntnis. --- direkte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch relativ weit weg (5-7 Fahrradminuten), keine Frischprodukte in kurzer Gehdistanz. Den Chinesen von vis-à-vis haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Auffällig ist auch die relativ steile Treppe im Eingangsbereich ... dieses Appartement ist definitiv nichts für Leute mit Gehbehinderung
