Die Lage, die Ruhe, der schöne und gepflegte Garten.
Teilweise waren die Möbel ungepflegt (massive Flecken auf dem Sofa und im Sessel im Wohnzimmer) Bei der Sauberkeit ist deutlich Luft nach oben. (Spinnweben in allen Räumen, der Treppenhandlauf war richtig dreckig und klebte) Ameisenbefall in der Küche. Dieser war dem Anschein nach auch nicht neu. (Wir haben es mit den entsprechenden Mitteln für diese Zeit in den Griff bekommen.)
