Villa l'ensoleillée vue panoramique mer, 250 m de la plage et du centre ville

We found this gem at the last minute for our stay in Menton after a disastrous experience in another villa, and it completely exceeded our expectations. This villa ticked every box for a perfect stay: * breathtaking views from the patio area, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening drink * spotless and very well-maintained apartment * modern bathroom with an excellent shower * comfortable bed and cosy atmosphere * fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including cutlery, kitchen essentials, and a coffee machine * quiet location while still being close to the centre and the beach The host was absolutely amazing — very welcoming, responsive, and approachable throughout our stay. Communication was easy, and we truly felt looked after. After such a stressful start to our trip, staying here made our holiday enjoyable again. My friend and I genuinely wished we could stay longer and would definitely return on our next visit to Menton. Highly recommended!

The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi occasionally dropped, but it did not affect our overall experience.

The property is awesome: location up on the hill with scintilating views, easy access via the old town or directly downstairs via a steep but doable and short alley, comfortable beds, all you need utilities and great amenities. The host is very kind and communication is great.

Fabulous view with private garden and patio. Short walk to restaurants and shops. Magical experience for my family.

Clean, views of harbour, proximity to Menton town.

Location is difficult if planning to walk to/from train station to visit other towns along the coast. Also quite steep climb from town up lots of steps. The apartment itself isn’t a “Villa”, it was essentially a studio apartment with a small kitchen. Nice place but small - there is a balcony too.
