About this house rental

A short distance from ecotours, winery tours, and more, this welcoming vacation home lets you experience it all. There's convenient onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 3-minute walk to Via Cola di Rienzo or the 6-minute walk to Vatican Museums. Check out other neighborhoods and see more of Rome by hopping on a metro at either Ottaviano - San Pietro - Musei Vaticani Station or Risorgimento/S. Pietro Tram Stop, both just 5 minutes away by foot.

Relax on the porch or lanai (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) of this 1399-sq-ft vacation home. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the WiFi and TV.

Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, a bidet, and toilet paper. And you won't have to pack extra clothes, because you'll also have access to laundry facilities. Having visited Rome a few time already I found the location of the apartment amazing. In the heart of Prati just a short walk to Rome central and surrounded by top class restaurants - I could not wish for better accommodation. The apartments itself was spacious and well fitted and with 7 people staying for 5 nights proved to be very comfortable. Our host Cristiano was charming and on hand when need. The alfresco was a winner. We all had a great time in Rome and can't wait to return Angelo

We stayed in Rome for a week during a extreme heatwave, so it was very important that we had a cool and comfortable place to come back to. And, that it was! The host and everyone we met at the apartment was extremely helpful and friendly. At one point I locked myself out and they quickly got me back in. The area in the city was convenient and quiet, with restaurants and a supermarket nearby. All good!

The location is ideal for the Vatican and the neighborhood is fun to explore. The property was great for what we needed - a jumping off point to explore Rome with a comfortable place to stay at night.

Our second time staying at this location and it is in the heart of it all. The bathrooms were very testy this go around, but they sent the housekeeper to manage the malfunctions halfway into our trip. Due to the planning and preparation for the Jubilee year, it was difficult to get a taxi or an Uber from the location. The beds are very low to the ground so not for the physically challenged. Overall, really great stay.
