Our home is a beautifully furnished three-level home in the serene Rosario neighborhood of Orcas Island. 🌲 The open floor plan is perfect for families or groups, just minutes from Rosario Resort and Cascade Lake in Moran State Park. Each bedroom offers comfort with fine bedding, private balconies, and breathtaking views. The main deck is ideal for outdoor dining, BBQs, and soaking up the sun. Master Bedroom: Located upstairs, this ensuite features a king bed with pristine linens, a private balcony overlooking East Sound, and a luxurious bathroom with a soaking tub and double vanity.

Bedroom #2: The WaterView Guest bedroom offers a king bed, a private balcony with sunset views, and a shared bathroom with Bedroom #3.

Bedroom #3: This cozy ensuite has a full-size bed, a reading chair, and a pocket door to the attached bathroom.

Flex Room (Lower Level): Perfect for kids or singles, this room has two twin trundle beds, large windows with forest and water views, and a TV/game room setup.

Living Room: The Great Room is the heart of the villa, featuring soaring ceilings, a wood fireplace, and oversized seating with stunning water views.

Kitchen: Our gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including a brunch counter, coffee bar, and plenty of small appliances for easy meal prep.

Dining Room: Open to the kitchen and living room, the dining area seats eight and has large windows and French doors leading to the deck with water views.

Office Study: This inviting space features water views, a fireplace, and a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space, along with reliable Wi-Fi.

Family Room (Downstairs): A large TV and game room with a sectional couch, game table, and wood stove make this a great space for family gatherings.

Outdoor Area: The expansive deck is perfect for dining and relaxing, with stunning water views, a BBQ, and two dining tables.

Additional Amenities: Enjoy a guest bathroom on the main floor, parking for 2-3 vehicles, central air conditioning, and baby-friendly amenities like a Graco pack ’n play. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.

Maps to Moran State Park and Orcas Island are at the house, so you can easily find the trails and roads to your next adventure.

We definitely recommend having a car for getting here and far-flung adventures. But once you're at Palisades Villa there's much you can access with a healthy walk or bike ride!

We kindly ask all our guests to sign our Rental Agreement and complete a Pre-Arrival form. You’ll receive links for both in your reservation confirmation.

Additionally, we use a guest screening process through Safely. We require all Direct Booking guests to complete this, while those booking on other platforms can fill out basic information. Thank you so much for your cooperation—we can’t wait to host your island adventure!

Please make sure to check the home carefully before checkout. Any personal items left behind may be returned upon request; however, a minimum $25 handling fee plus the cost of postage will apply. This fee covers the time required to locate, package, and coordinate the shipment of the item.
