Charming cabin with full kitchen! Unit 4/6

The cabin was very clean. There is a small beach - mooner beach around half a mile from this home. Around 30 minutes from Galveston Beach though. Good for the price

Besides the rain the stay was great and the property was nice and clean

First time to the area. Looking for a place near Crystal Beach. Cottage was very nice, no problems. Management was easy and great to work with. We will be back!

(+) It was a nice area and close to Kemah and easy to find. It was clean and no bugs like most places beside quite a few spiders, had a washer/dryer, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, plenty of shampoo/conditioner/Boyd’s wash, plenty of blankets, pillows and towels, a good futon that laid out into a nice sized bed. They had sliver ware, plates, and cups, they did not have any pans for the oven but bought some to cook with, no pot holders so we used our washrags we bought not knowing until the food was done to get out of the oven, good parking underneath the house. Beside the construction at the house across the street and cars driving by it was quiet. Very easy and convenient check in/out at anytime you are ready to check in after the scheduled time and ready to leave. (-) There was 1/2 a roll of toilet paper upon arrival for 4 days and 3 nights for 4 people and a small opened bar of soap in bathroom/kitchen, no trash bag in the trash can, nothing to clean with before leaving we had to buy a broom so we could sweep up before we checked out, the washer and dryer being on makes the whole place shake including the bed, misleading by saying that there was internet but there was no WiFi, the cable did not come in but very few channels which was just the antenna TV. Additional $100+ fees not aware that there was a cleaning fee and an owner fee plus several additional fees, including saying it fits 4 people, but there is an additional persons fee for the other 3 besides the 1 main guest added to it which was not stated when I looked it up being a total of 4 people that it states on it, there are additional fees to those but do not know without looking what they were. You would think that would be included from the owner in the price per night and have a refundable deposit if everything is neat after leaving since you’re told to clean everything up before leaving which we always clean the place anywhere before we leave out of respect and courtesy. No laundry detergent, and 1 pod of dishwasher detergent. It would have just been nice to of stated it all on their website what is and isn’t included being misleading. Yes it’s walking distance to the water, but you are not able to go over there due to in being on private property and blocked off. About 5-10 miles down is the parking to go see the water. It’s not their fault but there was construction directly across from the place and were extremely loud the whole time during the day and afternoons.
