Duin

This property is situated in an excellent, quiet and residential location, a stone's throw away from the beach and close to local amenities. It has a driveway and fully fenced off garden which was great for our dog. The living room is spacious with 2 comfortable sofas, and through a sliding door one can access the back patio which is north/east-facing. The kitchen is very well equipped with an induction hob, oven and dishwasher. The bathroom is beautiful and modern, the rooms big with ample storage space. There is a third bedroom on the second floor that we didn't use but it looked equally spacious. We really loved our stay in Duin and would definitely return.

Only a minor comment, but it would be great to have larger mugs in the cupboard. All mugs are rather small so we finished our teas and coffees very quickly.

Superbe situation avec vue directe sur les dunes Ter Yde, terrasses des 2 côté de la maison, ensoleillées (quasi) toute la journée. Très pratique pour aller à la plage à pieds, même avec petits enfants. Nombreux équipements et produits de première nécessité disponibles. Beaucoup d'espace (3 grandes chambres!), malgré l'espace cuisine/salle à manger plus réduit. A recommander !

Overall I feel the external areas need to be better maintained and garden inspection made before new guests arrive.The fencing between the other semi was not secure unless you pulled screen over. Shutter on bedroom we slept in rattled all night on our last night . Cleaning company could do better too , I feel!
