App-based room lock was very useful. Had a lift, so didn't have to lift a 20kg bag upstairs. Pool was quiet and clean. Location was fantastic.
Pillows were very uncomfortable, room was much smaller than the photos advertised, shower was weird and close to functionally useless (handheld shower in a bathtub, mounted low, next to the bath faucet. Handheld shower could easily have been mounted on the wall where a normal shower head would be placed, small tweak, vast improvement), small things other hotels have weren't present (a box of tissues, iron). No breakfast provided. Advertised as a Spa and Hotel, is really just a hotel with a pool in the basement.
