The hotel has been totally refurbished and this was the first day they opened. Naturally there were a few gremlins to deal with. Beautiful decor and quality of fittings. First class musical duo at night
Poor choice of wine by the glass. Only BBC news channel in English whereas there were TV channels in German, French, Dutch and the Scandinavian languages. This seems to be a policy of the RIU chain, not to have English TV. Couldn't fathom out soap dispensers.

staff were very good, everything clean
my room overlooking side dusty road with cars . apartment hotel opposite and dust bin collection at all hours, view of bins not what I expected for money paid, Food was ok luke warm not what you expect for 4 star hotel/
