There is air conditioning (hot/cold) in the hallway, but thanks to the high-quality construction, the flat is pleasantly cool in summer even without air conditioning. There is no heating.
From the kitchen there is access to a veranda with a sea view. It is equipped with a table and chairs, so you can enjoy your meals and end the warm summer evenings with a glass of wine. From the bathroom you can access the veranda with a sea view. You can also enjoy the sea view from the master bedroom.
