CA’ 1620 Rosa Selvatica - One Bedroom Apartment is a 3 star Apartment. It is located in the strict city center of Rovinj - pedestrian area. The nearest beach is located in 2 minutes walking distance. The interior size amounts to 50 m2. It is located on the 1st floor.
Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, this apartment is an ideal place for couples to spend the holidays. With the St. Euphemia church, farmer's market, an abundance of dining options and beachline close by, an excellent all round Rovinj experience is assured.
Although our apartment isn't accessible via car as it is situated in the pedestrian area, convenient luggage carts are available to transport your luggage for a small fee. The accommodation doesn't offer a parking place, but the nearest public parking (extra cost) is situated at a distance of 250 m. We can also organize a transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Greatly enjoyed my stay in Rovinj. The street is very picturesque and there are several little cafes nearby which are a bit less touristy. I am not the type to stay in my accommodation much when I travel, but I recon it would not be a space you would want to spend much time beyond just sleeping. It is operated by a small tourism company with multiple contact people who can allegedly pick you up from the airport in Pula if desired, but I did not get a response when asked for more information. They are very strict about not providing additional towels or sheets or toilet paper (one partly-started roll for 5 days for 2 people), so we bought enough for the next 4 bookings. The shower also takes getting used to. Anything more splashy than a hand-held shower head at low pressure will make the whole bathroom floor wet. Perhaps this is common in Croatia, it took getting used to, and very short showers. Despite these notes, very easy and pleasant stay in the old walking city.

We absolutely LOVED our stay in Old Town Rovinj. The apartment location was perfect, just off the old town square, close to restaurants, shops, and the harbor. The side street was quiet to sleep, and moderately busy foot traffic during the day. The apartment was spacious, extremely clean, modern, and cozy. It has a/c for comfortable sleeping temperatures, sufficient hot water for showers, and all kitchen amenities we needed for a few days of comfortable vacation. Igor was a fantastic host, accommodating a last minute booking and late check in, with and super easy and fast communication. The apartment has a binder of useful information of local attraction and insider info that very helpful. This is the perfect place to enjoy beautiful Rovinj, Croatia - 110% recommend !! We can’t wait to be back.
