Bell'appartamento sul lungomare di Pescara, posizione eccellente. Tanti parcheggi nelle vicinanze anche se a pagamento. La casa ha un ampio soggiorno cucina e due camere da letto, una con soppalco. Letti comodi. Riscaldamento autonomo.
Bagno non troppo comodo. Vasca / doccia scomoda da usare per entrare e uscire, e si bagna troppo facilmente il bagno. Mancano un po' di appendini per asciugamani e altro.

Blízkost pláže, klimatizované pokoje, k dispozici nejen sady ručníků, ale i osušky na pláž. Komunikace s majitelem přes whatsapp.
Apartmán na fotkách vypadal větší než ve skutečnosti. Problémy s místem na parkování

Die Lage zum Strand und zum Zentrum sind hervorragend.
Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz.
Man kann von dort aus mit dem Mietwagen auch bestens das Hinterland der Abruzzen erkunden.
Das Haus sieht wie die meisten Häuser in der Gegend nicht sehr schön aus von außen.

Die Wohnung war schön groß und für eine 4-5 köpfige Familie gut geeignet.
Nur die täglichen Stromausfälle sind nervig.
Es fehlt vielleicht ein schattiges Aussenplätzchen, wo man auch mal draußen essen kann.
Ein paar Spiele wären auch schön.
