2nd Level (below entry)
The 2nd level hosts the first of 2 lakeview master suites, 3 standard bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry, and deck. Richly appointed bedrooms feature quality furnishings, pillow-top mattresses, luxury bedding, ample closet space, and hi-def tv’s. Master suite and standard bedrooms host king beds.
3rd Level (below 2nd)
The 3rd level consists of the second master suite and bonus room. Master suite features pillow-top king and queen, designer bedding and furnishing. Bonus room features dual bunkbeds and home entertainment package.

The bathrooms on all 3 levels are stunning. Ceramic flooring, hardwood cabinetry, quartz tops, designer fixtures, spa-quality towels, and toiletries. Lake Arrowhead Access
Lake Arrowhead is a private lake. However, short-term rental guests staying at our home can access some features as the property has “lake rights” as well as necessary membership. The lake is a separate business from ours, so contact the Arrowhead Lake Association regarding questions.
Public Lakes and Trails
There are 3 public lakes serving area residents and tourists. They are Lake Gregory, Green Valley Lake, and Big Bear Lake. All have varying levels of activities and amenities from walking lake parameters, swimming, water slides, watercraft rentals, fishing, food and snacks. There are several state parks and trail systems as well. Go online for details specific to each.
Furry Family Member Friendly
We often travel with ours and appreciate the convenience versus the challenges and high cost of professional pet care. Flat rate rent $100, (2) dog limit. As a comparable, some resorts charge $75 a night, per pet.

Each year, my friends and I get together with our spouses and children for an annual snow weekend. We’ve been to many locations/homes, and we all agreed that this year was our best yet! Jon was a great host, communicating from the beginning of our trip until the end. Due to unexpected snow, the roads leading to our original home were snowed in, but Jon immediately rectified the situation, placing us in a different property, which was really an upgrade from what we originally booked! Amenities were great, home was magazine-perfect, and the location was convenient. We will definitely be booking with Jon again

The house is great, easily holds 6-10 people and even more if there are younger kids. The wifi worked great and we had 5-6 people on it all day for school and work. Views magnificent!The house is a 7-10 min drive to the small village of Blue Jay where there is a nice market, few restaurants and shops and another 5 min to the Village of Arrowhead. The roads wind around a lot and can be fairly steep if you’re out walking. A strange thing about Lake Arrowhead is that the lake is private and there aren’t a lot (any) of trails you are allowed to walk on that border the lake. That was frustrating but plenty of streets to walk with lake views. If we come back to Arrowhead we would definitely stay at this house again. It was really nice and accommodating.
