A due passi dalla stazione nel quartiere Bolognina, il mio appartamento è raggiungibile in autobus o a piedi molto facilmente, vicinissimo alla zona fiera e a soli 2 km dal centro.
Sono a disposizione per qualsiasi informazione o suggerimento su come muovervi in città!
Ho scelto uno stile di arredamento Minimale per le stanze essendo un alloggio di passaggio, credo che la pulizia e l'ordine ne siano favoriti.
L'appartamento situato al primo piano della palazzina di via Aristotile Fioravanti 64/66 è composto da:
Ingresso, cucina attrezzata, due bagni, tre camere spaziose di cui una con terrazo.
Le aree possono essere tutte accessibili o condivise dipende dalla prenotazione.

È la parte di Bologna che più piace agli anticonformisti. È musica, arte, libri, tendenze. È stimolo puro, novità, fermento, istinto, pensiero, audacia. Giovane, popolare, inclusiva, un po’ italiana e un po’ straniera. Esaltazione dello urban style che tanto piace agli hipster, con tutte le contraddizioni che si porta dietro. È la Bolognina, di cui non potrete non innamorarvi se volete conoscere davvero l’anima profonda, anarchica, ribelle, cosmopolita e futuristica, di Bologna
La casa è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione, sotto casa si può trovare la fermata denominata "Fioravanti" dove ogni 10/15 min passa il bus "Tper/11" - la casa è dotata di un Posto parcheggio interno che può essere prenotato.

Had some issues trying to communicate with the host to modify the booking, but once it was figured out the host was very helpful and accommodating. Check-in instructions could’ve been more detailed as we struggled to find the property. But as soon as we got into the property, we had no more issues. The host was very nice, as was the property and the breakfast they provided. The neighborhood was nice and it is a very easy walk from the train station and located right next to a bus stop.

There are no Italian chief inside the house. But all the facilities available for you to cook. The host is very friendly and helpful. He is living near by and filling the breakfast items every day. The property is clean and accessible distance to city centre and CNR.
