The modern apartment “goldfinger extraordinary Apartment” is situated in a quiet area of Lana, a town in South Tyrol’s beautiful Etsch Valley (Val d’Adige), between Bolzano and Merano, and is perfect for relaxing holidays in the midst of a beautiful scenery. The apartment consists of a living room with elegant black leather furniture, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a lift, satellite and cable television, a baby cot, a children's bed and a highchair. From the 14 m² balcony with seating furniture and deck chairs, you will have a nice view of the surrounding mountains and the garden area, which is shared with the other apartments. There you can relax in the sun and bask on the beach chairs or take refreshing morning swims in the pool. Due to the apartment’s central location, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and cafés can alle be reached within a 10-minute walk (750 m). The nearest cable car, which takes you to one of the many hiking and skiing areas is an 18-minute walk (1.4 km) from the apartment. The city of Meran, well-known for its spa resorts and architectural beauty, is located a 15-minute drive (11 km) to the north, while South Tyrol’s capital Bolzano lies 28 km (a 30-minute drive) southeast of Lana.
