Conveniently located 1+ miles down the road from all the action yet quietly tucked away, this 3 bedroom, 2 full bath country get-away is sitting on a 5 acre semi-private lot nestled in the valley of the Mohican State Park area. The layout of this home is great for families -parents or grandparents get the peace and quiet of the seclusion of the KING bedroom at one end of the guesthouse while the living room and other bedrooms are at the other end of the house on the other side of the kitchen! This is a clean(sanitized)* (*See COVID UPDATE below,), comfortable and cozy, freshly updated modular home, conveniently located. If you're feeling adventurous or looking for something to do, just head a mile and a half on down the street and:
