About this villa rental
Villa Krinos is a part of a complex of three villas located in the village of Kalamitsi just a few kilometers from the beautiful beaches of Almyrida and Georgioupolis. A magnificent retreat that combines the elegant design aspiring to become an unforgettable getaway for guests with a weakness to the beauty of Crete. With its high-quality facilities and amenities, the secluded stylish, and stunning view will be a true paradise for a vacation in Crete!

Indoor facilities
Villa Krinos with 100 sqm living spaces, promises a comfortable stay with all the luxuries. Entering the villa on the ground floor there is an open-plan space that consists of a well-organized kitchen with electrical appliances, a dining area, and a cozy living room. The floor is completed with a communal bathroom and three airy bedrooms with two single beds each. The two of them are sharing a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. In one of the rooms, there is also a printer for guests.
Outdoor facilities
Getting outside from an outdoor staircase, you will find an ideal place to take a bath in the swimming pool and relax on the sun loungers while watching the sunset and enjoying the tranquility and the impressive view. Prepare a meal in the traditional stone-made communal BBQ and enjoy it in the dining area under the starlight sky with your loved ones. Thanks to its unique location, the villa offers a wonderful view of 28 villages in the area of Apokoronas.
***From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.

The house is really nice. Everything you need. The pool with the view is amazing. Neighbourhood is very calm yet close (10min drive) to restaurants, beaches, stores,... We'll be back!

The property was immaculately clean, very modern yet still with traditional feel. Everything is really clean and spacious, particularly the kitchen, where there is lots of room and plenty of plates, cutlery and kitchen equipment. The outside space is great with a large table under plane trees which get the shade all day and the pool area gets plenty of sun. The views are amazing and we loved our stay here. Chrysoula was so friendly and helpful, especially as my daughter was ill, and we would love to come back!

Wir waren von dem Ausblick der am Berg gelegenen Unterkunft begeistert. Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sie bietet ausreichend Platz, ist modern ausgestattet und die Terrasse, auf dieser man herrlich frühstücken kann, ist ein Traum. Auch der Empfang und die Betreuung durch Chrisoula war sehr herzlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
