About this house rental
Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Seine and Gare de l'Est).
This is an authentic and resourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history.
We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous.
Bikes of diverse sizes, kayaks, SUPs and other equipment are available.
Detailed setup: on the ground floor the living room with direct access to the private terrace and open to the kitchen with its chimney and dining table. A separate WC and a bedroom with queen-size bed and direct access to its bathroom equipped with an Italian shower.
Upstairs, a bedroom with queen-size bed, a small balcony offering a view on the facing church, an open bathroom equipped with a bathtub and finally a separate WC.
Both bedrooms offer a view on the vast garden, facing South. The equipment is very complete & generous.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auf dem neusten Stand renoviert, in der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht, der Garten und die Terasse lädt zum Verweilen ein, wir haben die Ruhe im Haus und im Garten sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Es gibt verschiedene Kayaks und Fahrräder, zum Teil mit Kindersitzen, in allen Größen. Die Nähe zur Seine ist ganz wunderbar. Wir würden uns für das nächste Mal Klappstühle mitnehmen, um direkt an der Seine sitzen zu können. Das Ferienhaus ist in einem kleinem Dorf, das am Wochenende zum Leben erwacht und somit auch das nette Cafe gegegenüber, aber alles sehr entspannt und entschleunigt. Es gibt nette Restaurants direkt an der Seine im nächsten größeren Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
