About this villa rental
Villa Giasemi is a part of a complex of three villas located in the village of Kalamitsi just a few kilometers from the beautiful beaches of Almyrida and Georgioupolis. A magnificent retreat that combines the magic of the natural beauty of Crete with the elegant design aspiring to become an unforgettable getaway for guests with a weakness in the beauty of Crete. We aim to ensure the guests that our facilities cope with the ambitions, needs, and mentality of our guests.

Indoor facilities
Villa Giasemi I A 130sqm modern villa with a mountain view!
Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open area with a fully equipped kitchen for a cooking experience that will be unforgettable, a dining area, and an airy living room with a big flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels. A two-bedroom residence set on two floors, the villa combines a relaxing and comfortable stay at the same time with king-sized double beds. A staircase next to the living room leads you to the second floor where you will find two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The essence of luxury and modern design completes the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality elements. In one of the rooms, there is also a printer for guests.
Outdoor facilities
The most dominant feature of the exterior area is a large swimming pool and a lounge area with sunbeds making it the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. At night the villa lights up showing even more beautiful than it already has! With a glass of wine, you can enjoy the evening with your loved ones under the starlight sky.
***From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.

From start to finish, superb. Owner is on hand for anything and has some great recommendations for eating out. The owner was quick to reply to any questions or enquires before hand and whilst visiting.
The Villa is superb. Has everything you need. Fresh sheets, towels and sunbed towels changed regular.
Waking up and looking out to the great mountains views is breathtaking.
Beach is about 10 min drive away and a wide range of bars and restaurants.
I highly recommend the Villa and will hopefully be returning in the future. ❤️❤️❤️
Due to I have a disability I always consider any properties for people with more sever disability’s.
If have mobility problems (struggle with stairs and steps) this is not the Villa for you due to stairs. But the owners Villa connected to this one (below) being all on one level would cater for someone who struggles with steps and stairs due to all in one level. The other adjoining in the upper level would be ok for someone with mobility issues other than the pool access being down steps.

Chrisoula’s Villa was just perfect! Her hospitality was incredible. The Villa was spotless and everything you could need and more! The pool was a good size. We loved our stay.

Wir haben im Juni zu dritt eine Woche auf Kreta in der Villa verbracht. In echt war sie noch schöner als auf den Bildern und der Ausblick ist wirklich unbezahlbar. Zwar wollten wir auch etwas von der Insel sehen, doch haben wir auch einige Tage am hauseigenen Pool verbracht und jede Minute genossen. Die Gastfreundschaft der Inhaberin war außergewöhnlich und wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Wir würden es immer wieder machen.
