About this apartment rental
Comfortable 55sqm apartment, located on the ground floor of a mountain house overlooking the river, with independent entrance and garden and two private parking spaces.
The apartment is furnished with the typical wooden furniture of the mountain houses, it is perfect for families or groups of friends and is equipped with comforts including unlimited wi-fi, TV, DVD player. The private garden (and the barbecue) will allow you to relax in summer, while in winter you will be a few km from several ski resorts.
The apartment is organized as follows:
-BEDROOM 1: double bed, bedside tables, large wardrobe.
-BEDROOM 2: bunk bed, wardrobe.
-LIVING ROOM / LIVING AREA: wooden dining table with benches, kitchen, TV, direct access to the garden.
- KITCHEN: hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Moka coffee maker, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils.
- BATHROOM: bathtub with hand shower, bidet, WC.
- GARDEN: equipped with outdoor table and chairs + mobile barbecue + umbrella + games for children.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES: private parking (two parking spaces), unlimited wifi, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.
Tarvisio is a popular tourist destination during all periods of the year: in the warm months for its cultural and naturalistic richness, in the cold months for the attractions related to winter sports.

All identity documents of residents must be shown on arrival as required by Italian law. Please note that late check-ins must be agreed directly with the property and require a supplement as follows:
- 21.00 - 23.00: € 25.00;
- 23.00 - 24. 00: € 30.00;
- 24:00 - 01.30: € 40.00.
