Warm welcome from a great host and wonderful service from all staff. Location is amazing in a quiet area just a short walk into the centre of Verona. We enjoyed a beautifully decorated room offering a gorgeous panoramic view of the city.
Nothing disliked, however entrance to the hotel is through a basement area which looks like a garage - which would benefit from clearer signage.
