This detached holiday home has an exceptional location on a private bungalow park. It is only about 400 m from the sandy beach of Renesse, directly behind the dunes to the North Sea.
The terrace in the garden is equipped with garden furniture, consisting of a table and chairs, as well as deck chairs and cushions. The garden is completely fenced so children can play safely. A dog is of course also allowed on holiday. You can park your car next to the house, there are two parking spaces. There is a swing in the garden. Of course, there is also a barbecue.
The house, with a large terrace, stands on a garden plot of about 240 m², which is surrounded by a hedge. It offers enough space for four people on a living area of approx. 70 m². This villa is fully furnished and equipped with all the luxuries needed to enjoy a successful and carefree holiday. The living room offers a seating area, cable TV with Dutch programmes and a dining area with table and chairs. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, gas cooker with ceramic hob, fridge, Senseo coffee machine, washing machine and much more. Furthermore, there are three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe, the other two bedrooms each have a single bed and storage space. All beds measure 0.90 x 2.00 m. The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin with vanity unit and a mirror. There is also a toilet. There is a wood-burning stove in the house which provides extra atmosphere. There is electric heating in every room. The holiday home has free Wi-Fi internet access. A cot is also available.
It is a unique place to enjoy the sun, water, peace and space. Some authentic village centres, historic Middelburg, Goes, Veere and Zierikzee are in the immediate vicinity. The beach is a 400-metre walk from the house. A restaurant is about 400 metres away and you can do shopping about 600 metres away. Lake Grevelingen, about 2000 metres, is an attractive water sports centre for sailors, anglers and divers. There is also the possibility of surfing or water-skiing.
