Gostei bastante da excelente localização da Pousada Charlotte, bem no centro de Tiradentes, permitindo fazer praticamente tudo a pé. Também destaco o atendimento dos funcionários, que foram muito educados, atenciosos e ágeis para resolver um problema que tivemos com o quarto inicial.
O quarto número 0, onde fomos acomodados inicialmente, estava com cheiro de mofo e bastante abafado, o que causou desconforto. Felizmente, ao informar a recepção, a troca de quarto foi feita de forma rápida.
