Close to sailing, scuba diving, and more, this family-friendly villa brings it all within reach. There's convenient onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 3-minute walk to Beauvallon Golf Club or the 13-minute walk to Saint-Tropez Gulf.

Spend some time at the nearby beach (enjoy the sun loungers!), relax by the heated pool, or sip a drink in the garden of this 2368-sq-ft villa, which also features a deck or patio. Great villa that has everything you need. Lots of great toys for the kids and a big swimming pool. Location is great with easy access to everywhere. Florence was lovely and very accommodating

This house was perfect for 3 families with kids. Nice kitchen with all you needed, pizzaoven outside, nice poolarea and lots of funny things for kids to do. Walking distance to the beach, 5 min drive to bakery and 10 min drive to a big supermarket. Florence was a lovely host and did all she could to make us feel at home and welcome. We would love to return and can recommand this house to everyone who wants a stay close to Port Grimaud and Sainte Maxime.
