This modern holiday apartment boasts a very good location and a wonderful view of the sea. It is 500 metres from the central bus station, 700 metres from the St. Peter lighthouse and just a three-minute walk from the beach and eight minutes from the centre. These are ideal conditions for an enjoyable holiday. The apartment is on the fourth floor of a five-storey residential building without a lift. This apartment has a private balcony with seating. You can relax here after a day on the beach, enjoy the view of the sea and admire the evening sunsets. There are parking spaces on a public car park and a private car park, which you can use upon agreement with the owner of that parking. Both parking areas are on the opposite side of the street.
The 36m² apartment was renovated in 2014 and is suitable for two people. It consists of a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. The living room provides a flatscreen TV and two sofas. The bedroom next door has a double bed (160 x 200cm), a wardrobe and an ironing board. The open kitchen includes a dining space and is equipped with an oven, stove and fridge with freezer compartment. The adjoining bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, a WC and a washbasin with a mirror. The living room is fitted with air conditioning for cooling and heating. The apartment also has a free wireless Internet connection.
There are shops, supermarkets (50 metres) and fish markets (an eight-minute walk) near the apartment. The Makarska harbour and the Franciscan monastery are 800 metres away. The nearest airport is Split 63km away.
