Antico Borgo Casalappi is 10 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of Carbonifera ( 9 km ), in the Sterpaia natural park. In 15 minutes by car you can reach Baratti or Rimigliano, other splendid beaches in the area.We are only 4 km away from all services (restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, etc).Although close to all services and beaches, our structure is in a very reserved hillside position, for lovers of quiet and splendid views.Our guests have at their disposal a panoramic swimming pool, tennis court, table tennis and a large sandy play area.to visit within a radius of 10 /15 km the medieval towns: suvereto, bolgheri,massa marittima, castagneto carducci, populonia, as well as the possibility of organising wine tasting in the vicinity
VILLA NR 42 (mq 70) 4/6 people Independent flat (about 70 mq) on the ground floor with a large garden with patio (about 450 mq) equipped with table, chairs, sofas and barbecue. The flat has a living room with dining area and kitchenette (the kitchenette has 4 cooking zones, oven, fridge and freezer, as well as all the necessary crockery), TV and double sofa bed, two bathrooms with shower, two double bedrooms. It is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning with extra charge .
The villa is surrounded by a large garden with a patio, equipped with a table, chairs and barbecue to enjoy wonderful dinners. The flat has air conditioning/heating and mosquito nets in all rooms.
