Holidays for people and animals The house is located in a small valley on the Deimerbach, between the communities of Beltheim and Roth.
The approx. 400m² garden is completely fenced in and offers you and your four-legged companions an ideal place to relax. The terrace with garden furniture invites you to linger and relax.
The house with its 105 m² is divided into a double bedroom with bathroom en suite with bathtub, bidet and WC on the ground floor. The other bedroom with a double bed is located in the basement. Here you will find another bathroom with shower and WC. There is level access to both floors from the outside. There is also a single room in the basement. The living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with all important kitchen utensils. In addition to a cooker with oven, there is also a dishwasher, toaster, kettle and much more. The dining area for four people in the adjacent living area not only invites you to eat together but also to socialise. There is also a sofa in the living room.
The house is in a secluded location, so the journey is a little further than you may be used to. However, the town of Kastellaun is only 2 minutes away by car and has a very good infrastructure with cafés, restaurants, indoor swimming pool, mini golf course, castle and much more. You can also go cycling in Schinderhannes-Land, hiking on dream loops and go on round tours on the Rhine, Moselle and Nahe. Or experience forest adventures in the Kastellaun Nature Adventure Park, enjoy an impressive Kyrill Trail, a fragrant lavender labyrinth in summer and visit one of the longest suspension rope bridges in Germany from Mörsdorf to Sosberg.
