The fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for two and the availability of a washing machine and tumble dryer offer you the comforts of home. The flat also has a furnished south-facing balcony with a wonderful view of the complex's large garden. Free WLAN is of course included.

The outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired. A generously sized garden of around 1500 square metres, sunbathing lawn, two barbecue facilities offer a wide range of opportunities for relaxation and leisure activities.
