About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in the center of the village of Gardone Riviera Alto. As you will close the entrance door you will leave the village at your back and you will enjoy a total and private contact with the lake.
The apartment benefits from a beautiful and wide view of the whole Garda basin. It is located on a rock which is eighty meters over the lake and overlooks a private park. The apartment has a big terrace where you can have your meals and relax in the sun enjoying the Garda breeze and the lake view.
The courtyard entrance is part of an old monastery of the 17th century. The apartment has just been renovated in a modern and tasteful style.
In this location your privacy is guaranteed and at the same time you can live the typical Italian village life. Bakery, butchery, greengrocer, restaurants and bars are just next door. The nearest beach is within five minutes walking distance, the nearest supermarket is five minutes drive away, Salò, the nearest town, is ten minutes drive away. Private parking place is just two hundred meters away.
Cleaning procedure: we sanitise the entire house with PMC (Presidio Medico Chirurgico) brand products, the only ones approved to kill bacteria/viruses.
In addition, upon request, we can carry out an ozone treatment, one of the world's best odour removers and non-chemical sanitisers. This machine can deeply purify an environment, even all fabrics, mattresses, pillows, etc. It eliminates all bacteria and viruses that a previous host may have left behind. The additional cost for this treatment is calculated on request.
Pets are welcome, but we do not accept more than one dog/cat and charge a fee of 75 €.

The apartment is beautifully done with plenty space for 5. Loved the decor and the veranda view is stunning! Beds very comfortable and Laura and her family are lovely hosts.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday. The apartment was absolutely stunning, spacious and beautifully furnished, with everything you would need - it really felt like our home.
We travelled to most of the villages dotted around the lake, and personally preferred the west coast of the lake, which we found less touristy. There is a good selection of restaurants nearby and if you rent a car some spectacular views to be had from a number of them. In our opinion however, nothing beat the view from the terrace of the apartment, and coffee in the morning on the terrace with croissants from the little bakery a stones through away was one of our favourite times.

Perfect location, view fantastic as in the picture.Village through courtyard and door straight onto street with shops .Fresh pastries / cakes every morning. 10 mins walk to beach with sun beds to hire for 1euro per hour and a pier for kids to jump off for hours.
Apartment spotless, lovely towels and sheets.kitchen had everything required.
Laura responded to every e-mail promptly. She was a delight to meet. Helpful and efficient.
Lots of restaurants near by but balcony view better than any of the restaurants .
Totally recommend.

We stayed for 6 days at this beautiful place. The apartment was wonderful, clean, well maintained and we had a great time. Thanks a lot to Laura who is really a helpful person. We may recommend this apartment and would like to come again. Everything was perfect.
