Zeer hartelijk ontvangst en ook flexibel in aankomen. Onze reis zat tegen door noodweer waardoor we zeer laat in de avond aankwamen en dat was geen probleem. Heel goed contact via Booking en WA. Zeer net en schoon huisje en echt van alle gemakken voorzien! Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, echt top. De gastvrouw is zeer vriendelijk en bood ons lekker gebak en koffie aan. Vlakbij zee en ook een goede locatie om zowel Viëste als Peschici te bezoeken!

Ik ben op een zeer vriendelijke manier ontvangen door Antonella en Pasquale, met gebak en speciale koffie (met grappa) – een warm welkom dat meteen een goed gevoel gaf. Zij zijn bijzonder behulpzaam en staan altijd klaar om vragen over de omgeving te beantwoorden.
Het appartement ligt dicht bij het strand en is een uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor wandeltochten langs de kust, in het nationale park Gargano en naar de sfeervolle plaatsjes Peschici en Vieste. De supermarkt om de hoek is buiten het seizoen gesloten, maar in Peschici vind je een goede supermarkt (MD) op ongeveer 10 minuten rijden.
Het appartement zelf is compact, maar van alle gemakken voorzien. De ruime badkamer is een aangename verrassing. Buiten is er een fijn terras met tafel en stoelen, met uitzicht op de tuin en de speelplaats. Ook is er voldoende parkeergelegenheid en een gezamenlijke barbecue, wat het verblijf extra comfortabel maakt.
Houdt rekening met extra kosten (contant) voor het betalen van linnengoed (Euro 10,00) en toeristenbelasting. (Euro 1.50 per dag). Je kan ook je eigen beddengoed meenemen, maar dat moet je van te voren wel aangeven. In dat geval wordt dit niet in rekening gebracht. Verder is de wifi niet altijd even stabiel.

Fin dal primo momento siamo stati accolti con un calore sincero che ci ha fatto sentire immediatamente a casa. I proprietari Pasquale e Antonella sono persone meravigliose, di una gentilezza rara: sempre presenti, discreti, attenti e pronti a condividere le loro cose con noi!
L’appartamento era impeccabile, accogliente e pieno di quella sensazione di serenità che ti fa rilassare appena varchi la porta. Tutto è pensato per il benessere dell’ospite.
Quello che fa davvero la differenza, però, sono le persone: la passione e l’amore con cui i proprietari si prendono cura della struttura e dei loro ospiti si percepiscono in ogni gesto. È il tipo di posto che non si sceglie solo per dormire, ma per sentirsi bene.
Un’esperienza autentica, fatta di sorrisi, attenzione e cuore.
Consigliatissimo a chi cerca qualcosa di più di una semplice vacanza. Torneremo sicuramente.

Except the above, it is good value for money.
The hot water took ages to come in the shower and was irregular.
There was loud music and shouting of a monitor from the residence next door every night until late.
Extra fee for bedsheets and towels.
