Location and cleanliness were good. The bedrooms were good, however there was no option for 2 single beds in either room. The hosts were helpful and responded quickly to any queries.

The kitchen/dining area was very small, with limited equipment, and there was no separate living area. Cutlery and glasses for example were stored at the end of the corridor away from the kitchen. The photographs on Booking.com cover both the much larger upstairs property and the small ground floor apartment - we didn't find it clear which pictures related to which letting.

The apartment was really nice and very well equipped (the kitchen had really everything you wished for), the pictures are correct :). On the top floor it has a kitchen, a toilet, a living room, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. On the lower floor it has 2 bedrooms (connected) and one bathroom without WC. No washing machine. Big parking place in front. Wood available for the fire place. The position is nice - close to a good restaurant, not far from the center of Westendorf.

We got there at the time the host indicated. The host knew we were 2 families with 3 small kids (0.5, 2 and 3 years old). When we got there, it was freezing cold inside - 15 degrees. So we turned on the heat and started a fire in the fireplace (which gets warm really hard). However the heating system did not work. Thus I called the host and she said she will be with us in 1 hour...out of 1 hour it turned 5 hours...It was not fun with 3 small kids...which in the end all got sick. Only the next morning it was nicely warm in the apartment. Plus every day of our stay someone kept coming - to fix this and that. I wished for an undisturbed stay. The fact that the 2 bedrooms downstairs were connected (you had to pass through one to get to the other one) and the bathroom did not have a WC.
