Entire apartment

Neighbourhood is fine - close to La Defence metro station, there is plenty of shops and restaurants aroung. This flat gives you more space than a hotel room - two rooms, separate toilet and bathroom and there is a kitchen annex in the living room. Balcony is equiped with a table and some chairs - one can enjoy evenings there. Floor is nice - shiny tiles, easy to keep up clean.

This is an 'old' flat in an 'old' building. It is partialy refurbished, but some equipment is simply old and used. For example fans in bathroom, toilet and kitchen are quite noisy, espcially the one in toilet. Sofa in living room makes an impression that you don't want to sit on it, closed in bedroom is used as well. This doesn't decrease functionality of this flat, but it makes it less comfortable that one would expect. You can live with all those things, but painting would make a big difference. Air conditioning seems to be broken (air is comming but it is not cold). Walls are thin, you can hear neighbours and this is not nice. Also, this is a aparthotel complex, so you may expect different kind of peoples around and some of them make quite loud parties - and you won't be able to do anything with that.
