Die Ausstattung der Küche Der große 55zoll TV WLAN, Fritzbox Matratzen okay Die Lage,trotz Bahnlinie hinterm Haus Entfernung zu Bushaltestellen ca 3 min
Lose Fliesen im Bad Toilettendeckel nicht fest Unfachmännisch abgedeckte Stromdose(mit Klebeband),das geht in einem Feuchtraum gar nicht!!! Warmwasser am Waschbecken dauert lange Total wackelige Nachttische Beleuchtung über der Theke geht nicht Die Sockelblende unter der Spülmaschine bleibt beim Öffnen der Spülmaschine hängen Arbeitsplatte an der Ecke aufgequollen Ungeziefer in der Küche (Schaben) Nicht funktionsfähige Rollläden zur Terrasse(Verdunkelung nicht möglich) Kaputte Fliesen auf der Terasse-Achtung-Verletzungsgefahr,wenn man Barfuß läuft!!! ...hier waren augenscheinlich nur Hobby-Handwerker zugange.
