About this house rental
Newly built custom farmhouse with high-end finishes and features throughout.
Beautiful views of ocean, mountains, and downtown Seattle.
5 min drive to the stadiums, 8 mins to Pioneer Square. Walking distance to the light rail.
Our home has luxury beds & linens, multiple decks to take in views of the sound, mountains and city, gorgeous windows everywhere to bring in ample light from outdoors year round, central heating and air, cozy fireplaces and a fully equipped kitchen with an exceptional layout for large gatherings and entertaining. There is also an additional 2 bedroom mother-in-law apartment on the garden-level of the home that opens up to the backyard area.
The property is situated on a hill above a protected habitat area and I-5 is just below that area, so when you are outside you will hear both birds singing as well as the freeway. The noise inside the home is minimal since we used soundproofing materials to make it as quiet as possible.

Enjoyed our stay here! There were several things that seemed broken/cheaply installed. Knobs that pull off easily, etc. house seems designed to be a rental. But that’s ok with us! As long as we get our deposit back and they don’t think it’s us that did those things haha. But the house was great, lots of bedrooms for our group to so ready out. The owners were very responsive to email questions. Wish there was a book of info on how to use things in the house. Might save them having to answer questions on the app. Would definitely go back!
