The property, "La Demeure de Tumiac", is a 4-room house with 120 square meters of living space spread across three levels. The living/dining room features beautiful furnishings, including an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, satellite TV with international channels, and a DVD player. This area opens up to a terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with six burners, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, grill, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a small dining table and access to the terrace. There is also a shower and a separate toilet on this level.
