We've come annually to St. George for years, and this is the best place we've stayed so far. The home was clean and well stocked. It was so nice to have ensuite bathrooms for every bedroom. But the real star of the place were the pools. We liked having multiple pool options, and especially loved the slides and lazy river. The shaded areas were high in demand - a few more pergolas would be nice. The pools and pool areas were clean and well-maintained.

Everything was amazing. My complaints are the living room tv is outdated and is hard to get working at times, the refrigerator did not get very cold, the can openers do not function, and the pans were the worst to cook in. Everything stuck to the pans.

Beautiful home! The accomodations were great and fit my family prefectly. We all had our own bathroom, bedroom, and lots of room for gathering and eating. We enjoyed the pools which were just a short walk to both. I do not have young children but my older children had the times of their lives! We had a great time and will definitely be back. Thank you!

This was our second time back to paradise village with redsands. Compared to our unit last year, this unit was disappointing. We arrived to ants and cockroaches in the unit. To redsands credit, they were quick to have the unit sprayed and it wasn't an issue the rest of the time. But there were other complaints. There was no sponge for doing dishes, no cooking spray for the pans. These are things I've never had to buy when staying in a rental home. The beds were incredibly loud whenever you adjusted, often waking your spouse. The furniture was not comfortable. The entertainment center was a complete mess with wires, remotes, and random stuff thrown all about inside. The water filter on the fridge needs replacing. The garage wreaked of baby poo as I'm sure the previous guests disposed of dirty diapers in the garbage can (I acknowledge not much can be done there). None of this ruined our trip, and we still enjoyed our stay, but definitely did not meet expectations.
