About this cabin rental
Beautiful 4 BR/ 3.5 BA, + loft, sitting at a 3,250 ft. elevation, with magnificent views overlooking into the Jonathan & Maggie Valley areas. Large deck area with a hot-tub, dining seating area and a gas grill. Has a king master bedroom, 2 queen Bedrooms, 1 bunkbed room. A stone wood burning fireplace on the main floor, covered porch with sitting area right off the dining area & kitchen. Three flat screen TV’s, Wi-Fi, dining room seats 8 comfortably. Two car garage, well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer.

Living Room, Kitchen, Dining area, laundry room, covered porch with sitting area. Queen bedroom with full bathroom, second bunkbed room, 1.5 baths. Hot-tub on deck overlooking the valley.
Upper Level:
Loft with gaming table, Master King Bedroom with master bathroom with a Jacuzzi & wine fridge. Small balcony with sitting for two.
Lower Level:
Family room with flat screen TV, queen sleeper sofa, queen bedroom with gas fireplace, full bathroom and garage entrance.

The Damage Protection of $50 is a required item that will be added to the reservation.
Optional 6.5% Trip Insurance will be applied to rent
Pet Friendly: Pet Fee $125 ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED
Please confirm if you are bringing a pet at the time of reserving. Pets seen at the property that were not approved by office of will result in a fee of $500.
50% Deposit Required for Reservations, other half due two weeks prior to the arrival.

The Smoky Mountain Retreat at Eagle’s Nest subdivision does not permit motorcycles or trailers on the mountain.

Sunset Ridge Lodge is a gorgeous home with an unbelievable view. The house is comfortable, warm, and so quiet! We were visiting for prime fall colors, and if it had not been raining, could have happily spent all week just enjoying the views from the deck. The neighborhood is lovely and well maintained and while the roads are steep and winding, they are paved and were no issue navigating in our minivan. I would highly recommend this house!

The home is very nice. Wifi/internet terrible so unable to use TV in evenings. Stove difficult to work. Gas grill filthy, caught our food on fire. Pillows were terrible. The house itself is nice but dated. The screened in porch is really an afterthought and uncomfortable. The management company was responsive but we still left early. Won't go back.
