Beautiful greystone row home (with 2 car garage) near Wrigley! Wrigley is 0.5 mile walk down Sheridan St. There you will find the home of the Cubs and all the popular bars and food options Wrigleyville has to offer.
The Space:
4 bedroom greystone row home with living area and finished basement. There is also a backdoor patio that is private. Great for large groups or families looking for a vacation in the city.

Great location, spacious home and has a private backyard patio.
We may require an ID & signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in.
We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras
$250 lockout fee if needed to call a locksmith to let in. If keys at property and lost this charge will apply. If no keys, this will not be applicable unless tampering was made with our digital door lock system

The neighborhood is great! It's safe and right near many shops and restaurants. I rented here because my son lives nearby.The house is very large. It has a good sized kitchen and multiple bedrooms.

The house is old but well kept. Master bedroom is huge. Has a 4 post king bed. Very squeaky so for a light sleeper may make it tough. Owner did come out and made significant improvement the next day but still a little noisy. Otherwise spectacular stay safe neighborhood and a nice house for the price and location.

We stayed here for Cards & Cubs outing with friends. Had a nice stay. The 2 car garage fit one sedan and on SUV. It was tight but it worked. The house was clean, not recently renovated, but still in nice shape. Nice large living room big enough for 8 guys to hang out together. Beds were comfortable. Very easy to walk to Wrigleyville and Wrigley Field. Overall a great stay for the price.

The property fulfilled our needs for a place to stay on the north side. We had 6 senior adults, one couple, 4 single, and the sleeping accommodations worked for us. As one of our group noted, "The place has good bones, but needs attention to some details." Examples of such things are broken kitchen faucet nozzle that needs replacing, balky light switch for the kitchen hanging lights, need for a Keurig k cup adapter for ground coffee, a nail on the stair railing that "bit" one of our group (we put a bandaid on the rail to pad it).
All in all the we enjoyed our stay; it just could have been a bit better.
