The jacuzzi wasn’t working properly

The house was ideal for hosting a wedding rehearsal dinner for 30. The hot tub was clean and nice and big with a great view. We barbecued on the back deck and that was really nice. It needs some updates with the shower heads and lack of pressure and couches that are pretty worn out but otherwise it worked well for our wedding weekend.

We arrived to find the spa being refilled and cold on our first night. Day two it was full or brown water. We received no credit for this in our huge fee which seemed exorbitant without the use of the spa and with the dirty and broken items shown to host in the kitchen. the small token of playdough and toys for our granddaughter dit not make up for the loss in any way. this is my second horrible experience with VRNO in Oregon. Not using this app again!
