Semi-detached rustic Tuscan style home, with a stunning view. It is located about 40 meters from the main building. 55 sqm, beautifully furnished in Tuscan style, with double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, kitchen with fireplace, bathroom with shower and a large terrace of 20 sqm equipped with table, chairs, deck chairs and offers guests pleasant moments of relaxation in touch with nature with its Tuscan and unforgettable sunsets. The interior is rustic Tuscan style and fits in harmoniously with the surrounding landscape. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, toaster, dishwasher, espresso machine and American.

This holiday home with 5 independent flats in Chianti is located near the medieval village of Montaione (2 km), right within the heart of the Tuscan triangle created by Florence, Pisa and Siena.
Situated on the hills, the apartments enjoy a breathtaking view over the valleys, Val d’Elsa and Val d’Era, with their beautiful countryside slowly receding down towards the sea line. From the top of the hill guests can admire romantic sunsets.
The accommodations are immersed in the surrounding nature of the 5 hectares of estate with its olive groves, pine trees and a beautiful botanical garden full of plants and flowers, ideal for walking and for those wanting to remain in contact with nature, its scents and colours.
At guest’s disposal there are also a shared swimming pool (10x5 mt, open May-Oct, up to 2.30 mt deep, the ground is fenced for children safety), a children playground, table tennis, Wi-Fi, a Washing machine, and it is also possible to taste the delicious olive oil of the farmhouse.
These holiday apartments in Montaione (2 km away) are near shops, restaurants and other facilities as well as in an ideal position for visiting art centres such as San Gimignano at 18 km and Volterra 30 km, Florence at 50 km, Siena 58 km, Pisa 58 km, Lucca 60 km.

This property is everything the listing states, it is charming, well kept and the location is secluded yet close enough to the village and other interesting locations to ensure your stay is everything you need/want it to be.
We did have to purchase some kitchen items in order to cook some meals and the apartment could use a new coffee maker, but overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Wir können dieses Feriendomizil nur weiterempfehlen. Sehr freundliche unaufdringliche Vermieter. Betreuung vor Ort top. Das Haus ist im typischen, toskanischen Stil mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sehr sauber. Das Beste ist der tolle Panoramablick über die Toskana, am Morgen, am Mittag und vorallem am Abend bei Sonnenuntergang. Die gesamte Anlage mit eingezäumten Pool, Spielplatz, Tischtennis, Grill... sehr gepflegt und für Urlaub mit Familie ideal geeignet.
Jederzeit wieder.
