Large apartment of 105 sq m on the second floor of the farmhouse with a beautiful view. It consists of an entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a large sitting room with double divan bed (for 1 child up to 1.50 m tall) and dining area, a small storeroom, a double bedroom with built-in wardrobe and a bathroom fitted with shower, another double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with both bathtub and shower. Outside private space with garden and porch furnished with table and chairs.
Located among the gently rolling hills of Chianti at Casole d’Elsa (10 km), between Siena (30 km) and Monteriggioni (23 km), this holiday property, a former medieval hamlet completely restored, consists of two cottages and a barn renovated into 8 comfortable self-catering apartments with particular attention in maintaining the traditional Tuscan characteristics such as the wooden beam ceilings, the terracotta tile flooring, the stone fireplaces and the built-in kitchens.
Each flat has an independent entrance, private garden and furnished porch.
Surrounded by the luxuriant Tuscan countryside with its vineyards and ilex groves, the estate also offers its guests a large swimming pool (16x8, open May-Oct, from 1 to 1.50 m deep) provided with deck chairs and beach umbrellas, shady pergolas where to relax under the blooms, a stone barbecue with four burners, a bowling green for bocce, a volleyball court, a shed full of mountain bikes, a laundrette and a nature friendly carport.
The position of this elegant and typical farmhouse is ideal for visiting art centres such as Siena, San Gimignano (20 km), Monteriggioni and Volterra (40 km), while nature lovers can enjoy long walks through the woods and vineyards. Florence is only 60 km away. Nearest supermarket 3 km, one Restaurant is ca. 800 m away, other at 3-5 km.
