A small kitchen is also located on this floor, equipped with a gas stove featuring 4 gas rings, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower and WC are also present on the ground floor, though please be aware that this bathroom is accessible only from outside the main living area. The upper floor is reached via a spiral staircase and features 1 double bedroom with access to a balcony, 1 room with 2 beds also opening onto a balcony, and 1 room with 1 bed. A second bathroom on this floor includes a shower, bidet, and WC. The top floor, also accessed via a spiral staircase, offers 1 additional room with 2 sleeping facilities, completing the versatile and well-distributed layout of this vacation rental.
