About this house rental
Private View Home on Pend Oreille River with 200 foot of sandy beach, beachside campfire, and beachside steps. The house has 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 55 foot private boatable pier dock and a game/movie room. This home has 2 king bedrooms, one with a master walking shower bathroom and one with a 180 degree view of the river. The third bedroom has 5 single beds (2 bunkbed sets). There are two outside flat landings with outdoor chaise lounges and cushioned couches and a deck with outdoor dining overlooking the river. This home is designed for multiple generations of families to connect and make memories. There is plenty of spaces for everyone to experience the love of family and a retreatable area for introverted needs.
For the outdoor enthusiasts there are 2 paddleboards, 2 supyak boards, and 2 kayaks. There is a wood firepit area for stores that seats 12. This private cove is the perfect place to experiment with these fun water toys out of the main current of the river traffic.
For indoor activities, there is a chess/checkers table, a ping pong/pool/ air hockey table ( not competition standard size). The 55 foot dock has a 120 power outlet at the end of the dock for boats or kids. The deck and docks have LED lights that and dusk to dawn lanterns. There is an outdoor shower and dog wash (cold water only).
