Posizione ottima nel cuore dei quartieri spagnoli, vicinissima a via Toledo, ben insonorizzate le camere e dotate di climatizzatore.
Peccava un po' di pulizia, e i bagni molto piccoli.
Purtroppo senza ascensore, una faticaccia fare quei 4 piani di scale 😅 anche solo per tornare a dormire la sera

It was spacious and had two bathrooms, which turned out to be very useful. Stairs were killing us, but after a while, you get used to it.
If there would be a lift it would be great.

The location of the apartment is great and I liked the picturesque surroundings of the building. The host was welcoming!
It was raining heavily for 24 hours and unfortuantely in 2 of the 3 rooms there was water dripping inside. The host did not respond to our messages on Whatsapp - we bought a mop and messaged them on Booking only after we left, to which they responded quickly.

Zona centralissima, a poca distanza ogni tipo di servizio. Molto comodo. Anche i letti erano comodi se non fosse per la polvere
Non ci siamo fatti spaventare dalle recensioni e abbiamo deciso di affrontare i gradini avendo figli non piccolissimo ( 95 per 4 piani ) ..ma sono veramente faticoso soprattutto a fine giornata . L appartamento non era quello delle foto e descrizione ma ci e stato comunicato solo dopo la prenotazione perciò niente terrazzo ( per quello serviva un piano in più ) . Appartamento grande e spazioso per due famiglie , non pulitissimo ma ci siamo arrangiati e i bagni avrebbero bisogno di un po' di manutenzione , il vetro della doccia rischiava di caderci addosso .
