Here you can find the cleanest air in all of Germany. 2 km from the district town of Simmern in the Hunsrück, 3.5 km from the B50, 14 km from the A 61 and 20 km from Frankfurt / Hahn Airport, the holiday home is on the outskirts in the middle of nature. It is only a stone's throw to the Rhine, the Moselle, the Saar-Hunsrücksteig and the Soonwald nature park.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom about 15 m2 with a double bed. Upstairs there are two bedrooms one approx. 25 m2 with a double bed and a loft bed and TV and one bedroom approx. 35 m2 with a double bed and TV
