Location, room size, accessibility, room design and decor.
Windowless room was truly a concrete box. Some flickering lights. Big space but missing key furnishings like a place to work or a closet with enough hangars for clothes. Table top ironing board it.

Spacious loft close to all the action but far enough away that the noise of it all isn't a bother at all. Really well appointed with everything you'd possibly need. The coffee was particularly good.
There are only a couple of skylights and no windows so if you are claustrophobic it might be a bit of any issue.

The character of the place and details like the "hidden" Willie Nelson picture on the wall. Very cool vibe with everything you need.
There is no lobby or sitting area at the entrance.
