Everything was clean and maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok.
The bed was too hard and pillows too soft. Need more than 3 pillows on the bed.

The customer service was outstanding. The rooms were Beautiful and roomy.
Our TV didn't work. Hairs on the bathroom floor. Icemaker on our floor wasn't working. Walls are paper-thin.

It was nice, clean and in a great location to the university that my Neice graduated from.

Clean and location was great
Toilet clogged, got blamed for it and we had to fix it ourselves, sink wouldn’t drain, digital check in didn’t work either. Emailed front desk and management about the issue and we have yet to hear from anyone
