The view is amazing and to see the lift at night lite up was beautiful. Great location near the bypass to pigeon forge saves a lot of time going to Dollywood.
Living room needs updated furniture the sofa bed was not comfortable at all. There is no counter space in the kitchen . Paint is wearing off on the counter top , silverware needs to replace not enough for a family of 4. Loved the view but the deck could be bigger.

The hills were very tough on the car , there are a lot of those Asian beetle things in the upper window and walls upstairs. They didn't bother us , but some may have issues with that
