Heavenly View - Bear Themed Cabin, HotTub, Dog-Friendly, Near Gatlinburg

The view is amazing and to see the lift at night lite up was beautiful. Great location near the bypass to pigeon forge saves a lot of time going to Dollywood.

Living room needs updated furniture the sofa bed was not comfortable at all. There is no counter space in the kitchen . Paint is wearing off on the counter top , silverware needs to replace not enough for a family of 4. Loved the view but the deck could be bigger.

The hills were very tough on the car , there are a lot of those Asian beetle things in the upper window and walls upstairs. They didn't bother us , but some may have issues with that

Master bed was a little uncomfortable

the views were amazing and the bear activity was crazy! There are any any bears that pass through (in front of the cabin) daily! There was an issue about the master bathroom toilet not functioning and the property manager had someone out the next day!

The king bed was extremely uncomfortable/old resulting in a large dip and needs to be replaced, the cabin was not fully clean when we arrived, the toilet in the master bathroom runs constantly, the toilet paper holder in the master bathroom was ripped off the wall prior to our arrival, the couches where extremely uncomfortable and ripped from being so old, the tv in the living room the remote worked occasionally, the tv in the bedroom the remote did not work until we replaced the battery’s (which i purchased and then took home with me), the walls were all scuffed/scratched up, a vast majority of the light switches did not function or if they did no light turned on, the balcony boards where starting to rot/twist which is causing cracks, the living room remote is cracked, the roof has damage (which thankfully doesn’t leak). This was all addressed with the property manager who told us that she could have someone come out and clean but didn’t not respond to any other concerns. She simply told us to enjoy our stay.
