Spacious, clean and the location was great.

Great location, close to everything you need! The full kitchen was a huge plus and made our stay even more convenient. The owner was very friendly and quick to respond, which we really appreciated.
The blinds were difficult to use…most wouldn’t twist open, and several had tangled strings or were broken. We were on the bottom floor (Unit 1), and unfortunately the noise from the unit above us was extremely disruptive. There was constant loud activity throughout the night, even during quiet hours, making it very hard to sleep—even with music playing to try to drown it out. It was honestly worse than street noise.
If you’re planning to stay here, I’d strongly recommend requesting a top-floor unit if possible.

It was very close to the WW2 museum and hop on hop off bus.
It was not close to the French Quarter which is where we spent the most time. There is a limited choice of restaurants within walking distance.
